How to Plan a Party

To plan a party, I would follow these steps below. First of all, I would choose when and where to hold the party. Before making the decision I should think twice about the time that my guests could participate in and the place that every one could come conveniently. Next, I should go shopping for food and beverages that could provide for my guests for preparation. After that, I should write some letters full of my sincerity, and then send invitations to my friends. After doing these steps, I would have fun celebrating with my friends in the party.

  1. Next, I should go shopping for food and beverages that could provide for ...我也許會寫:
    Next, I should...beverages (that are)provided for

    ……通常不是應該先寫完邀請函
    、確定人數後,才去採購?
    (純屬個人疑問)

  2. the place "that" every one could come conveniently
    這邊應該是用"where"

I should write some letters "full of" my sincerity
    這邊看起來怪怪的
    應該寫成"being full of"或"filled with"
