Describing a Process-4 How to Plan a Party-revised

To plan a party, I will follow these steps below. First of all, I will choose when and where to hold the party. Before making the decision I should think twice about the time that my guests can participate in and the place where everyone can come conveniently. Next,  I should write some letters full of my sincerity, and then send invitations to my friends. After that, I should go shopping for food and beverages provided to my guests for preparation. After doing these steps, I will have fun celebrating with my friends in the party.
